Breast Augmentation

With as little breast tissue as this patient has, the safest and most efficient way to increase her cup size is with an implant. Although fat augmentation is an option for her, it would require multiple treatments to get the desired outcome. Most breast implants today are FDA approved. But just because something is FDA approved, doesn’t mean it is right for you. It is important to understand there are many different implant types, materials, shapes, textures, and sizes. These features can be correlated with patient outcomes, beauty, and longevity. With more than 20 years of experience as a Plastic Surgeon, and having firsthand knowledge of the options for breast implants and breast augmentations, I work with patients to determine what type of augmentations and what type of implant, size, and position is right for them.
