Monsplasty refers to improving the upper pubic area in females. The upper pubic area can be fatty or droopy and is often called a FUPA or a fatty upper pubic area. Plastic surgeons can reduce the mons pubis using liposuction or they can lift the mons pubis by removing skin. This gallery page will show both options of correction depending on the issue.
