Return Policy: Unopened Items Only

We are committed to providing quality products to our customers. While we hope that you are always satisfied with your Gurley Glow®™ purchase, we realize there are times that you may need to return a product. If you need to return your product, please review the information below.

Please Note: Opened containers cannot be accepted for refund.

Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of product for a refund.

  • Merchandise must be in its original, unopened, and unused condition.
  • Opened containers cannot be accepted for refund.
  • We regret that we do not refund shipping costs with the return.
  • You will be responsible for the return shipping & handling charges.
  • Please make sure to keep a record of your tracking number. We cannot issue a refund until we confirm receipt of the returned merchandise. We are not responsible for lost packages.
  • Returns will be credited to the original credit card used at the time of purchase.
  • Returns will be processed within 1-2 weeks of us receiving your item.
  • Please allow at least 2 billing cycles for the credit adjustment to appear on your credit card statement.
  • Please do not mail any packages C.O.D., as they will not be accepted.

Damaged Products Policy

If you receive an item that is broken or damaged,  please contact customer service within 14 days of receiving your items for a replacement. Items will not be replaced after 14 days. Customer service can be reached by email at or by phone at 636-812-4300 (M-F 8:30AM-4:30PM CST)

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel an order within 24 hours of purchase by emailing and referencing your order number. You will receive a refund within 5 -7 business days.

You can also confirm that the order was canceled by logging into your account and visiting Orders.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to the contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or PO Boxes/APO/FPO addresses. Please allow 1-3 business days to process and package you order. All orders are shipped via USPS Ground and take 2-5 business days to arrive once your order has been processed.
